If BO is applied to a strand of hair and left for 5 to 10 minutes, there are three cases: a section in which there is no reaction in a single hair, a section in which a reaction occurs, and a section in which the hair is brittle or cannot stand.
1. In the section where there is no reaction, you can mix Tecchia N1 with H1 or D1 appropriately according to the hair and use it.
2. In the section where the reaction occurs, you need to select the Ocover Acid Perm to safely apply the perm.
3. In the section where the hair cannot stand, neither alkaline perm nor acid perm should be selected, and it is the hair that cannot be permed.
